Call for Directors!
Horizon Players is issuing a CALL FOR DIRECTORS! We are looking for resourceful, talented
and experienced directors who are interested in creating theatrical magic in Spruce Grove.
Two performances slot are available for the 2025-2026 season (and beyond!):
1. Late Spring 2026
2. Interest in Future Seasons
Proposal Package
To be considered for a directing slot, with a specific play in mind, turn in a completed proposal which includes :

To be considered for a directing slot, with a specific play in mind, turn in a completed proposal which includes :
- 1 copy of your theatre resume (focusing on your directing experience.)
- 1 copy of a letter of introduction (please tell us why you chose the play you are submitting.)
- 1 copy of the script (or detailed synopsis – script preferred.)
- 1 copy of an estimated budget for a 3-show run.
- 1 copy of a list of personnel needed (including actors, production crew, backstage crew, etc.) If you have any positions already filled, please list those in your submission.
